Deep Spring is a sacred pause within the fullness of the season — a time to go inward while life all around feels vibrant and alive. This three-night retreat offers space to reconnect with your inner self while gently supporting growth on every level of your being.

Held at the serene Westerbeke Ranch in Sonoma, just 1 hour and 20 minutes from Pacifica, the setting is peaceful, with lush gardens, a contemplative labyrinth, and beautiful gathering spaces that invite both quiet solitude and meaningful connection.

While the property itself is cozy and perfect for reflection in the gardens or lounging by the pool, nearby parks and scenic hiking areas are just a short drive away for those who wish to explore more of Sonoma’s natural landscape. For those looking for a little more energy, Sonoma Square is just a 10 min drive from the property.

Our days will include yoga asana, pranayama, meditation, nourishing meals, and unhurried time to rest, reflect, and simply be.

A long weekend to pause, reconnect with yourself, and nurture your energy in a way that lasts beyond the retreat.

Thursday April 16th:

  • 4:00pm- Arrive & settle into your room

  • 6:00pm - Welcome Gathering in the Roundhouse

  • 6:30pm - Delicious Dinner

  • 8:15pm - Mellow evening practice + Yoga Nidra

Friday April 17th:

  • 7:30am - Morning Pranayama

  • 8:00am - Breakfast

  • 10:00am- Mindful Hatha

  • 12:00pm - Lunch

  • 1-4:00pm - Hike, relax, nap, read, massage

  • 4:30pm - Restorative Yoga

  • 6:30pm - Dinner

  • 8:00pm - Lullaby Sound Bath

  • 9:00pm- Bedtime

Saturday April 18th:

  • 7:15 am - Morning Kirtan

  • 8:00am- Breakfast

  • 9:30am- Walking Meditation

  • 10:00am- Mindful Hatha

  • 12:00pm- Lunch

  • 1:00pm - hike, relax, nap, read, massage

  • 5:00pm- Afternoon Stretch

  • 6:00pm - Dinner

  • 7:15 - 8:30pm - Evening restorative, Sound Healing and Yoga Nidra

Sunday April 19th:

  • 8:30am - Wake up and enjoy the morning at your leisiure

  • 10:00am - Brunch

  • 12:00am - Yoga, Meditation and Closing Ceremony
