Please join me for "Spring Renewal," a serene yoga retreat aligned with the Spring Equinox. This auspicious time marks balance and new beginnings, offering us an opportunity to harmonize every level of our being through yoga and mindfulness practices.

The location could not be more perfect: 650 acres of beautiful accommodations at Whispertree, including the iconic yoga yurt with 360-degree views of the valley and multiple spaces designed for gathering or deep contemplation in solitude. The land offers hiking trails that meander through the beauty and solitude of rolling oak hills and open meadows. Bring your swimsuit to enjoy a refreshing swim in the pond or to warm up in the evening in the Japanese-style soaking tub.

All meals will be lovingly prepared using organic ingredients, catering to all dietary needs. All accommodations offer a rustic elegance that makes the retreat feel just as cozy as home.

Thursday March 27th:

  • 4:00pm - Arrive & settle in

  • 6:00pm - Welcome Ceremony

  • 7:00pm - Delicious Dinner

  • 8:15pm - Program orientation + Yoga Nidra

Friday March 28th:

  • 7:30am - Optional Sunrise Silent Meditation

  • 8:00am - Breakfast

  • 10:00 - Morning Hatha Yoga

  • 12:00 - Lunch

  • 1-4:00pm - Hike, relax, nap, read, massage

  • 4:00pm - Restorative Yoga in The Barn

  • 5:30pm - Informal wine happy hour or quiet time

  • 6:30pm - Dinner

  • 7:30pm - Prepare for fire puja

  • 7:45pm - Fire puja

  • 9:00pm - Hot tub, S’mores and Stargazing

Saturday March 29th:

  • 7:15 am - Optional Sunrise Silent Meditation

  • 8:00am- Breakfast

  • 10:00am - Mindful Hatha

  • 12:00- Lunch

  • 1:00 - 4pm - hike, relax, nap, read, massage

  • 5:30pm - Wine happy hour or evening stroll
